Purna YogaT for Kids educates the whole child. The physical poses develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Students learn breath and meditation techniques to release stress and improve concentration. Yogic philosophy teaches life skills such as cleanliness, truthfulness, and non-stealing. We incorporate stories to introduce history, geography and cultural studies. Students also gain skills for making healthy food choices.
