Certified Purna Yoga Instructors ("CPYI") have completed over 2,000 hours of teacher training, apprenticeships, and personal practice in Purna Yoga, and are each personally certified to teach by Aadil Palkhivala and Mirra. 

Affiliate Purna Yoga Instructors ("APYI") have completed at least 500 hours of teacher training in Purna Yoga, and are each personally certified by Aadil Palkhivala and Mirra.
